their child(ren) to Lena Sears CDC should:

Complete/return Enrollment Packet. |

Submit $25.00 non-refundable,
non-transferable Registration Fee. |

Arrange an interview with the
director. |
Lena Sears CDC is not designed to handle
students with special needs whether
academically, socially, or emotionally, that
are present or that may arise. Parents are
required to inform the school, prior to
enrollment, of any special needs their
student may have.
